TPG Modem Login

You can modify the default modem settings, Network Name (SSID), and WiFi password via the TPG gateway.

Please consult the user manual for your modem or visit the manufacturer’s website for assistance if you’re using a legacy TPG modem or a third-party modem.

Choose your modem:

• The TP-Link VX220-G2V, VX420-G2V, VR1600v, or Smart Modem Gateway VX420-G2H
• 5866 Sagemcom 5G Modem
• FastMile 5G modem by Nokia
• HG532d, HG658 or HG659 from Huawei
• Cube Three

How can I access my TPG modem?

The TP-Link VX220-G2V, VX420-G2V, VR1600v, or Smart Modem Gateway VX420-G2H

1. In the address bar of a browser, type http://192.168.1.1.
2. Click Log In after entering the admin default password.
3. Select Wireless > Basic.
   
4. In the Network Name (SSID) field, type the Wi-Fi network name.
5. In the Password field, type the Wi-Fi password.
6. Click “Save.”

5866 Sagemcom 5G Modem

1. In the address bar of a browser, type http://192.168.1.1.
2. Click Login after entering your password and username, admin. The barcode sticker on your modem will print the password for the Web Login.
3. Select the cog/gear icon on the Wi-Fi 2.4GHz or Wi-Fi 5GHz panel.
   
4. Enter the Wi-Fi Network Name in the SSID field.
   
5. In the Password field, type the Wi-Fi password.
6. Press “Apply.”

FastMile 5G modem by Nokia

1. In the address bar of a browser, type http://192.168.1.254.
2. Click Login after entering your password and username, userAdmin. The barcode sticker on your modem will print the default password.
3. Select Network > Wireless (2.4GHz) or Wireless (5GHz).
   
4. In the SSID Name field, type the name of the Wi-Fi network.
5. In the Password (WPA Key) area, type the Wi-Fi password.
6. Click “Save.”

HG532d, HG658 or HG659 from Huawei

1. In the address bar of a browser, type http://192.168.1.1.
2. Click Login after entering the username, admin, and password, admin.
3. Click Basic from the left menu and select WLAN.
   
4. In the SSID field, type the name of the wireless network.
5. In the WPA pre-shared key area, type the Wi-Fi password.
6. Press the “Submit” button.

Cube Three

1. In the address bar of a browser, type http://192.168.8.1.
2. After entering your password, click Login. The barcode sticker on your modem will print the default password.
3. Select Wi-Fi Settings from the menu and open Wi-Fi Basic Settings.
   
4. In the 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi name field, type the Wi-Fi network name.
5. In the Wi-Fi Password field, type the password.
6. Click “Save.”
