How can I access my Swisscom router?

1. In the address bar of a browser, type either 192.168.1.1 or http://internetbox.home.
2. Enter the Username: admin and Password and click Login.
   
3. The Swisscom Internet-Box Web portal will be accessed by you.

You can reset your router password in the Swisscom Home App (App Store/Google Play Store) or My Swisscom (Customer Center). To see the router password, navigate to Products > Internet tab > WLAN & Router > WLAN password in the Home app.

How can I modify my network name and password for Swisscom WiFi?

1. Open the Internet-Box Web site and log in.
2. In the menu, click WLAN > Settings. (If you have a dual-band router, you need to change both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz settings.)
   
3. The WLAN name (SSID) field is where you enter the Wi-Fi network name.
4. In the WLAN password field, type the Wi-Fi password.
5. Click “Save.”
