How can I access my Plusnet router?
Make that your device is connected to the Plusnet wireless network (e.g., PLUSNET-XXXXXX) before logging into the Hub Manager.
- In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.1.254.
- Admin is the username. The hub’s back is printed with the Hub Manager admin password. Press OK.
- You’ll be in the Plusnet Hub Manager and logged in.
How can I modify my Plusnet WiFi network name and password?
- Open Plusnet Hub Manager and log in.
- Choose Change Settings after clicking on the Wireless box.
- Click OK after entering the admin password.
- In the Network name area, type the WiFi name.
- In the Security password area, type the WiFi password.
- To make the changes take effect, click Save.
Note: You must adjust the WiFi settings for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz independently. Devices linked to your Plusnet Hub may stop connecting after adjusting the setup parameters.
You can lose access to the Hub Manager pages if you have wirelessly connected devices. In this case, you will need to reconnect each item according to the instructions that came with it.
