How can I access my Huawei Mobile WiFi account?
- In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.8.1.
- Click Log in after entering admin as the device login password.
- You will be able to access the web-based management page for Huawei Mobile WiFi.
Take note:
- Before you can access the router’s web-based control page, make sure you are connected to the router’s Wi-Fi network or via an Ethernet cable via the LAN port.
- To see the HUAWEI Mobile WiFi device’s default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password (Wi-Fi Key), remove the back cover.
How can I modify my Huawei Mobile WiFi SSID and password?
- Go to the web-based management page of the router and log in.
- Select Wi-Fi Basic Settings after choosing Wi-Fi Settings from the main menu.
- In the Wi-Fi name (SSID) field, type the network name.
- In the Wi-Fi password area, type the password.
- To make the changes take effect, click Save.

- In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.8.1.
- Click Log In after entering the user name, admin, and password, admin.
- Navigate to WLAN Basic Settings under Settings > WLAN.
- In the SSID area, type the network name.
- In the WPA pre-shared key, enter the WiFi password.
- To save the changes, click Apply.
