How can I access my Etisalat router?
- In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.1.1.
- Click Login after entering admin as the username and password. (A sticker on the rear of your router will display the default router settings.)
- Your login to the Etisalat Web Interface has now been successfully completed.
Note: http://192.168.0.1 is the D-Link router’s default IP address.
How can I modify my Etisalat WiFi SSID and password?
- In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.1.1.
- Click Login after entering admin as the username and password.
- Navigate to Wi-Fi Name (SSID) under WiFi > General. For the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, enter the new WiFi SSID.
- Choose WPA + WPA2 for Wi-Fi protection and TKIP and AES for encryption.
- Enter the new WiFi password for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (optional) modes in the Wireless Password field.
- To save the modifications, click Apply.
Note: Using the same settings, you can enable or disable global wifi at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.
