Telmex Router Login

You can modify the default Telmex Infinitum settings, WiFi password, and Network Name (SSID) using the Telmex modem interface at http://192.168.1.254.

How can I access my Telmex router?

1. In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.1.254.
2. Click Login after entering your password and username, TELMEX. The modem displays the Contrase a (WPA).
3. You will be in the Telmex Infinitum settings and logged in.

How can I modify my Telmex WiFi SSID and password?

For models of Arcady:

1. Choose 2.4G after opening the LAN interface. Open the 5G settings to modify the 5GHz parameters.
2. In the SSID1 field, type the name of your WiFi network.
3. In the Clave compartida field, type your WiFi password.
4. To save, click Guardar.

With regard to Alcatel-Lucent models:

1. After choosing Red from the menu, launch Inalambrico (2.4GHz). Choose the Inalambrico (5GHz) option to set up the 5GHz settings.
2. Enter the WiFi Network Name in the Nombre SSID field under Configuraci n SSID.
3. In the Clave WPA field, type the WiFi password.
4. To save the modifications, choose Guardar.

Regarding Huawei models:

1. Navigate to WLAN Settings under Home Network.
2. From the menu, choose WLAN Settings, then choose Basic Settings.
3. Click Save after turning on WLAN 2.4 GHz and WLAN 5 GHz.
4. Turn on the WLAN encryption.
5. In the SSID field, type the WiFi network name under the 2.4 GHz frequency band.
6. In the WPA pre-shared key area, type the WiFi password.
7. Enter your desired 5 GHz frequency band parameters (optional).
8. To make the changes take effect, click Save.

For models of M dem ATW:

1. From the menu, choose Configuration, then B sico WLAN.
2. In the SSID field, type the name of your WiFi network.
3. In the Clave precompartida field, type the WiFi password.
4. Click “Application of Cambios.”
