You can modify the WiFi password, network name, guest network, and other default settings using the PLDT router web interface, which is located at http://192.168.1.1.

How can I access my PLDT router?

1. In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.1.1.
2. Click Login after entering your password (1234) and username (admin). (Your router or modem will have a sticker on the back with the default login information printed on it.)
3. The PLDT router will be logged into your account.

Note: Should you receive the You cannot access this website. The IP 192.168.1.1 would not connect. problem, try using https://192.168.1.1 to log in. Go to 192.168.1.1 (unsafe) by clicking ADVANCED if it says Your connection is not private.

The PLDT Ultera routers’ default IP addresses are 192.168.15.1 and 192.168.22.1.

A prompt stating “Initial login on this account you must modify account password, SSID name, and authentication password” will appear if you are using the admin panel for the first time. and you will need to input your 2.4G SSID1 and 5G SSID1 (optional), as well as your Account Management username and password.

How can I modify my PLDT WiFi SSID and password?

1. In the address bar of a browser, type 192.168.1.1.
2. Click Login after entering your password (1234) and username (admin).
3. Click Network, then select Advanced from the WLAN Settings menu.
4. In the SSID Name field, type your network name.
5. Choose WPAPSKWPA2PSK as the Security Mode under Security Policy.
6. Fill in the Passphrase area with your WiFi password.
7. To save the modifications, click Apply.

How can I get in to PLDT Adminpldt and Superadmin?

Adminpldt and Superadmin are the router’s Advanced Settings. You must first enable Web Admin Switch from Superadmin Device Management in order to access Adminpldt. When you attempt to access Adminpldt, you will receive an admin unavailable error if the Web Admin Switch is not enabled.

Open PLDT Superadmin and log in.

2. Click Debug Switch under Device Management.
3. Click Apply after turning on the Web Admin Switch option.
4. From the upper-right corner, select Logout.

Open PLDT Adminpldt and log in.

3. To access the PLDT Admin dashboard, you will need to log in.

You will be prompted to update the Account Management default (old) password to a new one for security reasons.
